RE: pull start of not
I do a lot of bashing, so the ease and light load of a pullstart makes thing very convenient. Also, if my starterbox batteries are dead, I can just resort back to the pullstart.
The starterbox is great for when I am not going too far(IE in front of my house, at a track, etc..). I got it for 25 or 30 bucks, with two batteries, off towerhobbies. Best few bucks I ever spent.
I am a big fan of both, although, if you have a starterbox, you have many more options when it comes time to get a new engine. About 3 days after my S-box came in the mail, we went to RCX. At RCX, I found a brand new .18 engine for $40, I just had to get it. The engine was a non-pullstart and if I hadn't gotten that starterbox, I would have had to pass up that deal. That is the same engine I used last time a ran my truck(a few months ago [&:] ).
