Fuselage looks a lot like an Andrews Aeromaster. The top swept/bottom straight wing configuration is standard Aeromaster. The four ailerons and bolt-on wings would be a modification. The wingtips look a little different, but could have been modified. The vertical stab and rudder could be modified as well. If you post a close up pic of the engine/fuel tank area, I could probably tell you for sure.
