Thanks Todd,, I had hinges on my mind this morning too since its the 1st logical part of the assembly for me..... I didnt figure robarts would be light enough. I have some Radio South CA hinges already, that should work well. Just dont let the CA get to the foam or it will destroy it. Odorless cA would be safe but I dont like the thought of using odorless CA for hinges, I dont really trust it for something this important.
