Cermark has them; I just ordered some... two pairs for four or five bucks. JTec has them for eight bucks apiece(!). I know there was another source where I bought a bunch of them. The price was very good. Tthey were available in anodized colors and included a spare plug with each set. If I remember the source, I'll post it.
