It does become worse when you are married and it is "our money".

But I found out, that the main reason my wife was getting mad, was that she was jelous. Not of the r/c itself, but the amount of time I was spending with my buddy running our trucks.

My wife and I have been together for 11 years, and married for 10. She has been, and always will be my best friend. Then 6 years ago, our daughter was born. Being a father is the best thing in my life. The three of us do so much together, and I love that.

Then two Christmas's ago, I told my wife that I wanted a Savage for Christmas. She bought me an RC10GT. Great truck by the way. Then the following summer, she told me that a woman she works with husband has an r/c. He and I hit it off right away.

Now he has an FG Monster Beetle, and I still have the GT, but also have a MGT, RC18T, E-Maxx, and a E-pede. The last two are more for my daughter.

So now that I know the main reason my wife gets annoid, I balance the r/c and family life better. She is also doing better not giving me a hard time on my "toys". In fact, I was going to sell one of my rifles to buy a Sirio 27XL Racer for my MGT, and she told me to take the money out of the bank. So she may not partake in my hobby, she has come to except it.
