Hope your fuel line set up works out well 'cause mine's about the same! I cheated on the inverted motor a little though. As stated before I couldn't get the top two blind nuts out of the firewall because of the plywood that runs laterally right behind them. When I went to invert the mount I found I wasn't going to be able to set any new blind nuts on the top of the mount because of the same piece of ply so I rotated the mount a bit off inverted so I could pick up one of the old holes. Also allowed me to point my stock muffler darn near straight out the back on the bottom of the plane which should minimize any oil on the plane. I did have to cut a hole to clear the rocker covers but it isn't very big. I drilled the mount out to add another mounting bolt to get back to the stock 4. I promise some pics real soon .
