Default Problems on the JetCAT 120 smoke system

Hi Azuz,

I will try to remember to take a pic to post tonight...

What Ehab was trying to tell you to do, is to squash the end of the brass tube so that it is completely flat, then use an Xacto blade to just open it up the tiniest amount possible.

Consider this - take a garden hosepipe that has just the rubber / plastic pipe at one end (not a metal connector). Now turn the water on and watch how it comes out at the end - in a solid stream, right ? Now squeeze the end of the hosepipe flat, between your thumb and forefinger and watch how the water comes out now - it fans out in a fairly fine spray. That's pretty much what you are looking for with the smoke fluid coming out behind the engine - get it into a finely atomised spray rather than a solid stream.

Regs,
Gordon
