frustrations on this site...
I am a new user here. I tried to sell an item on this site, and it says I have to upgrade my status. I do not want to give my card on here because I do not ever want it charged. I thought this site was free for selling stuff. And I am very frustrated that there is no place that I can find to contact an RCU staff member to ask questions directly.
Please, will somebody help me find an RCU person to email me and answer some questions?
