I have had a couple of broken pipes (broken loose at the body of the mufflers) on Bisson Pitts mufflers and have taken them to a local welding shop.

The turn around was a few days, the fix is permanent and the cost was $15.00 each instance.

Now if I could only remember to check those mounting screws......
