One thing I'm having a miserable time with is (believe it or not) covering the flat wing-tips. I'm trying to cover the top/bottom surfaces and wrap slightly over the wing-tip by 1/8". That much I can do with no problem, but when I cover the end with another flat piece, the overlap looks like it's a foot higher than the tip surface. How did you guys cover the wing tips - with the tip surface before or after the top/bottom surfaces?
