Smart choice about going with the jato. Great st. I own and love it. They are the fastest st out of the box today. If you are going to break it in in the winter, you may have to wrap tin foil around the cooling head to keep the temps around 200. You do not want the temps to get to far under 200 during break in or else there will be premature wear on the engine.
