I covered the tip first. And I didn't overlap at all when I covered the wing; I just trimmed it off at the tip. Hasn't caused any troubles yet.

As to the engine issue... I'm having it. It took a seasoned pro to tune my engine so it wouldn't lean out and die because the tank centerline is lower than the carb by about an inch or so. However, since he tuned my engine to work with the tank position I haven't had any trouble. It does tend to hiccup when I snap roll, but other than that it's running great.

And yeah, I've gotten more air time! Man the SSE is just so much fun to fly. I flew it at the Nov. 5, '05 Fly In our club had and it was a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to flying tomorrow weather permitting (as long as you have a jacket, the winds not usually too bad down here).
