cut with exacto or similar tool on inside of outline(you want it to be slighlty smaller than stick at this point. make sure you cut flush with top of cone... if you leave a lip at top it will lean the stick downward and give you down thrust. then sand slightly and trial fit motor stick until it fits snug. this is what you should have when your done(look at pic).
