Also, when you cut, grind, sand, file, etc., either C/F, Fiberglass, you should be wearing a respirator. Either self contained or with outside air, and not the paper mask either. Having worked with the above for over twentyfive (25) years doing just that, I speak from experience. Some will say that the dust is just a nuisance dust, but believe me, it is not! And after the damage is done, it is too late. Be SAFE and BREATHE for the rest of your life.
