RE: 3 view drawing
The wing is a "Hershey-bar" shape. The fuselage is slightly tapered toward the tail and the tail surfaces are also slightly tapered. I would get some graph paper and sketch the outlines. Here's the link to the Mirage 550 on Goldberg's website:

Since the Mirage is a kit and not an ARF, it should have a full set of plans. These will include a side and top view of the fuse and tail surfaces, and a top view of the wing. You can either trace the outlines or take the plans to a copy shop. This will give your daughter full-size outlines to experiment with. If you're not very experienced with covering, I recommend Ultracote.
