In my opinion it is fine but it was tight all the way around.
I used a 5/32 chain saw file to open it up a little bit. Probably not the best tool to use but it was handy.

The hinge pins that I am using measure 3.97 mm versus the 3.93 mm of a stock screw. My JT tower has a hole diameter of 4.05. The file that I used is 4.0mm. I know that you have the measuring tools available to you but I thought that all of the measurements from mine would help.
