OK, here we go. The epoxy needs to cure but the motor mount and nose ring assembly are ready to go and fit great.
Here are some decent pics from the yard this afternoon.
Heres what is left.
Install the header, muffler and throttle servo.
Install the fuel tank, switch, and receiver.
Set the indicence in the stabs and wings.
Oh yeah, and install the retaining screws to hold the stabs on. I will not be entrusting the incidence adjustment screws to hold the stabs on.
One point of interest I thought I would mention. The fuselage is VERY thin and VREY soft. This plane wont be able to take much hangar rash. The balsa for the wings and stabs and the fuselage will dent easily. Im going to have to become like my friend Glen Watson and only allow folks to carry out my plane with their rings on their fingers off...
