The TS2 will need smooth or near smooth water to run. If you plan on running in salt water, can only assume there's chop. A deep-v is the way to go. If you are just playing around, get a GAS (not nitro) boat. With a 1 liter fuel cell, expect one hour or more running time. All boats/motors will run in salt water. The requirement is care after running for the day. Spray everything down with fresh water, then some WD40. Take out the cables, clean and grease it.`

Beware of the surroundings when running boats. They can become lethal at a drop of a hat. Even the most experinced boaters have "glitches" occur. If taking a boat to the beach, make sure there are no swimmers around.
