Cool power is all synthetic and omega is castor/synthetic blend. I beleive that it is 30/70 castor-syn. I use the omega for my 2 stroked because everything I have read says that the castor gives the best protection. Some say that castor will carbon up the valves in the 4 strokes but a little won't hurt.......
