Well Well Well.... Long time no talk for me.
I have been having a ball with my U-Can. Winds here in OK have been at about 15-35 mph in the evenings.[X(] It makes for some AWESOME flying with the U-Can. Let me tell you... if you are scared of the wind... DON'T BE!!! If you can fly the U-Can on high rates you can easily handle any winds. This thing is just a blast in high winds. Let it weathervane, pull the nose up, and fly it backwards right past you. I promise it will make the kids go wild.
Okay... now for what I was really posting for...
My poor plane is quickly acquiring more than it's fair share of hangar rash. I'm planning on stripping it down to frame and recovering it this winter. Not that I wouldn't like to get in some snow time with it, I just don't think I'm getting the best out of it with an extra 1/2 pound of epoxy hanging on it.

So... are there any covering jobs that any of you are just dying to see on a U-Can? I was thinking of an orange/black tiger stripe pattern with the colors reversed (black/orange) on the bottom of the wing. Give me some suggestions. I want something unique, and having a lot of ideas to kick around would be awesome.
Sounds like all of you have been having fun. Keep it up.
