flyinrain: The plan on dealing with the backorders that Carl had on the books us up to the bankruptsy court as Carl goes through this process. He is the responsible party not me and I will do what I can to help these people recover their money. I had nothing to do with any of those transactions. I am the new owner of NWHT and I'm going to change a lot of things to make this company work. There was never a problem with the product line the problem was in the business management and Carl is solely the responsible person for things that occurred prior to my aquisition of the company. There is no other way to handle this but to allow the court to settle the issues. I'm hoping that everyone will be able to recover their money and give me a chance to offer my services to them in the future. I have a steep uphill climb to make this all work and I respect the fact that the people who paid good money to get a kit from NWHT got a really bad deal. They all have the right to recover their money and never give this company another consideration but I also hope that they will see a very straight forward new company that will provide quality service at fair prices with great kits that are delivered on time.
