Even on the outside of the casing, you will damage the circuitry. The problem there is the vapors released by the adhesive. It is just as bad as applying it directly to the circuit board or MOSFETS. ( Novak will not honor an warranty if you use superglue, or solvent based adhesives to mount the ESC to the chassis! )
