to fit PVC pipe onto rims, what i do is chuck em in the oven for about 2 mins
makes em nice and soft, but not too soft, and you can fit them over the rim and they'll set there
Thats a great idea! I tried rubber malleting the one on and it worked, a really tight fit too. But I can't get it off! I'll try putting it in the oven to get it off.
