i recently aquired this plane in a trade,and upon further inspection i found it to be quite a abortion!! it was built very shotty and the wing was butchered! i have since removed all the covering and found the fuse and all tail feathers to be a-ok,but i had to commit to re sheeting the whole wing after going over all the structure parts,now i know i'm going to gain some weight on the wing restoration but not much,my ? to whom ever is i want to put a gas engine on the ole gal after restoration?what would be a good auw too shoot for and what would be a good engine,now also keep in mind that i will'nt be doing x-treme 3-d so a da-80 is'nt what i'm looking for,i want to be able to do most of the maneuvers without being x-cesively over weight. i'll be incorporating all the mods i can,like moving the lg to the firewall and mounting servos in the rear for ele. and rudd if ness. i do'nt want to go 4-stroke either! would a g-26 be a good choice? tia for all responses,again what would be a good auw and gasser to install,thanks........john
