You are on the right track with the Mugen clutch shoes and springs. I am using 1.0 springs with carbon shoes from Mugen. I also have 1.1 and white teflon shoes but you can pick and choose your own combination. I would use the teflon shoes unless you need more slip to control tire spin on a slick, loose track.
Any other opinions out there?
