I have just signed up. I have a rtr and have not raced it yet. bought it used, what should I be checking on this buggy? this is a great post! keep it going guys.
you should never buy used buggy.
Since you already did, here are couple of hints :
- Check your diff bevel gear and its crown gear for damage or missing teeth
- Check your spur gear if its still can be used
- Check the engine
- Check the tires
- Check for rounded screws or permanent thread lock applied.
- Last one, Check your chassis bent possibility (if you found them, your buggy can't be handled well)
