Has anyone experienced any internal rusting problems with the OS 46AX? I recently sent mine in for a warranty repair as after about 10 flights it sounded really bad. OS (Hobby Services) replaced the engine (They are great when it comes to service and quick to) and said that the bearings and drive shaft were rusted. I run all my engines on the rich side and use tons of After-Run-Oil on them after flying. I go through a lot of after-run-oil. I never had rusting problems except for the 46AX. Has anyone else experienced this type of problem? How else can this be prevented other than after-run-oil? Should I be doing something else with this engine to prevent this?
