Does anyone know if this motor would be well suited to a 1/10 rc?

What does the max amps of 105 and the kv of 4700 mean - are those high numbers or not? Would anyone be able to explain what those numbers mean and how this motor stacks up against some other well known brushed and brushless motors?

The model number is B36-50-06s, the Io is 3.51 and the resistance is 0.0052 if those numbers help.
