Assuming all other things equal, I'd go with DA on customer service alone. Dave & the gang are always very helpful and even though they stay very busy they've always made time to talk when I call. Cactus, on the other hand, seems to always have that "yea, whatever - ok, cya later" attitude and they never quite get orders right. Anyway, that's MHO, I'm sure there's others that'll say right the opposite.
