Have you ever noticed that 3W offers a "TOC"version and a standard version?If you ask Dave Johnson about a "TOC"version,he'll more than likely tell you all his engines are "TOC"quality.He says the engines the TOC guys get are the same as the ones we get.I am not going to argue that point,but so far he has given me no reason to doubt him.
