I got a O.S. .18 CV-R . when I rotate the flywheel, it gets stuck at top dead center. It clicks two times then rotates smoothly until it reaches T.D.C. again. Could I rebuilt it or just buy a
new engine? Did the motor overheat or something? I had it for about 3 months.
