Sure doesnt sound right. If this is a new in the box unit, and your measuring voltage where the igniter banana plugs plug into, that would be a bad transformer coil. If however you are measuring where you plug the cordless glow igniter onto, to charge it back up, that may be something else. Id just take it back to where I got it and have them(provided it was a local hobbie shop)check it and exchange it. Or, plug a $4.00 Glow plug onto it, probably smoke it, in a nanosecond and remove all doubt[:@]
