Hi soonerAce. Yes, it is right out of the box. I am measuring at the ignitor banana plugs, not the cordless glow charger. I do not think I can take it back to LHS (30 day return policy) but I will contact Hobbico or tell LHS to contact them. Thank you for the help. Sincerely. Mike
