Waiting for the glue to dry is the longest part of the process.
This is a true statement. I spent a lot of time doing that already.
I have my 18 kit ready to glue in the formers. I have drilled all the holes and got everything done for the vert and horz stabs. I carbon fibered all the LG supporting formers and rails as well has a few other that I thought would need it with flying under 160 power.
Over all I find that everything fits well and putting the formers in is easy.
I have only a few little gripes. I few of my laser cut pieces started to warp a little after being on the bench for a few days, Nothing that could not be taken out but still annoying. I have also found that the band saw cut pieces are not perfect to the planes nor perfect uniform to each other. It is not anything that will make a difference on how it goes together but I like things to be 100% and this bugged me.

I took pics of the process and will post them in my build post in a few days once I have all the formers glued in and the plane is in the ARF state.
