i would do what someone suggested earlier and piece together the broken ribs and if you have enough pieces of each rib you can atleast get the shape and size of each rib. if the wing is straight and not tapered you can just use one rib and pattern the rest from a master pattern. you will have to do a reconstruction similar to what archiologists do when piecing together skeletons. everything is at the crash site to field a general idea of the structure of the wing you just have to doodle a plan real quick to give your self the general idea of the placement of parts and such.
