Shane,
The name of the guy that did the Prowler for the "Flight of the Intruder" movie is Mark Hambledon of DCU in Aneheim, Ca.
Mark built two of them for the movie, and may still have the tooling. The last time I was at his shop in Aneheim he had another model hanging from the ceiling...complete.

He moved to somewhere in Texas a few years ago.
