the plane is wanting to spin during a ROG because one wheel isnt spinning as freely as the other. so, instead of both wheels accellerating with the plane at the same speed, one has some friction, so it spins around and around. check to see the axle is straight on both wheels and that both wheels spin as freely as possible - that should help it out.

as for the spiral you get in a turn with the extended wings, its probably due to lack of dihedral. if you take the two wings you attatched, and place them at angles (pointing up, like \_____/ ) it should help the turns.
