i have a tmaxx that i droped in an os18tm a few weeks ago. i took it to the hobby store that i bought the engine from to get a better handle on breaking in. they were very helpfull and stood by me the entire time. we let it idle for four tanks and then took it out and ran four tanks at varying speeds. its running real rich so while tuning for performance,leaning the needle valve, just when i can get it to shift into second gear my temps reach around 250. i richen it up a bit and the temps go down but it wont shift and you can tell its running rich. in your book it said to not let the temps get over 230 but i just cant seem to make that mark. is this temp ok?
