Hello, ok the external ESC, when used (stock motor unplugged) Is spliced into the battery wires. when the motor is unplugged all of your glitching should be gone, as mine just left, yes even the screaming back servo, quiet. This was because the internal ESC is just plain overloaded, overheated, and really just screws everything up. Leave it in PLEASE it won't hurt anything. The brushless motors (as you should know) are MUCH more powerful than the stock motor. I'd suggest getting the align420LF and align's 25A ESC. this motor is powerful enough you'll probably want to use the 15T pinnion.
