I have a 3 W 80 B2 in a H9 CAP 232. It has a Menz 24-10 Wood prop on it now running 80-1 Amsoil. This is my first venture into gas engines and I don't have any of the paperwork that came with the engine.( I think I am the 3rd owner of this engine). I have 2 questions could I run a 26-8 CF prop on this engine and what would be a good canister set up for this engine.? The only problem I have with the plane as it is is the landing speed my thinking a lower pitched prop less speed. and still have the pulling power without overheating the engine.
