Here it is done. Overall I'm happy....$24 including shipping...rained today but I'll see if I can get some vidio of it flying when things clear.

I got what I was expecting.....and its an improvement I think.

I really like the new CNC swash. looks great but I don't think there is alot of improvement in cyclic response. It's still pretty tight on the ball links, maybe when things break in a bit...

I obviously did not get the blade specific set...lol...I'm considering painting the white kit parts either black or silver. Maybe after a few flights....
