Seems like you gave them all a fair chance.
Some people were very turned off by the quality of the initial G3 release, and rightfully so. However, there have been many dramatic updates, and the latest addition bares little resemblance to that initial release. If you have not tried the latest, you may be shortchanging yourself and G3.

That is not to say that it isn't possible for someone to have an unfavorable opinion of even the latest edition of G3. It's just that there will be a LOT less to complain about. If you haven't tried it lately, you might want to give it another chance. If you have... well, okay.
