If you go back to Foamflyer's instruction page he has posted more detail on foam and a side view of the plane. The foam I am using is exactily what he shows on his instruction page. Insulfoam R-Tech,White Expanded Poly Styrene. 1 1/2" thick with White and blue plastic on one site and silver or blue covering on back. It seems rough if not cut with a hot wire. I will have a second air frame complete today. It was just as easy to cut out the parts for two planes as it would be for one. Total cost of foam for building 4 airframes $18.

I have not been hunting for 2 years now with the family and job and me being lazy.
