well.. I'm trying to extend the landing gear block. I already had it glued in. I've laminated a couple of 5/32 pieces between some 1/8th pieces. It looks pretty good, but we'll see how it turns out. I've drilled a couple small holes on either side and "pinned" the block to the main one. I'll do some sanding and see how it turns out. I'll take pics when I'm finished with it.

Thanks for the suggestions! If this doesn't work out, I'll put an aluminum gear on it.
