Glad you are having fun with the 330 ! when putting on sticky weight on the nose, try to hold them down with a couple of small tie wraps. I stick them (use them only if absolutely necessary, and no parts can be moved in the plane anymore) on the bottom of the fuse right where it makes a curve under engine, and then drill two small holes (just big enough for the tie wraps to go through) in the fuse, and then put the tie wraps on and tie the weight to the fuse. Won't come loose in a million flights !
