Default RE: MalayAsian Hangar

fyooi, looks like you just gave me and martin a new "debate" topic!!! Actually I suspect the price increase is more likely to be Komatsu upgrading the engine, or cashing in on the popularity of the 26cc for surface and marine use. In europe, a tuned (Pase or Seufort tuned, its like alpina tuning BMW, but for RC engines instead) cost about 400 euros!!! Check out some of the giant scale car shops online and you can see how much they price for this, and how popular the zen is for surface use. As for marine use, they are even more insane, to the point of making a "bai" motor!!! What does that mean you wonder?? they take one zen and cucuk it into the bontot of another zen. Too hard to believe?? check out the pic below. That setup retails for 1580USD.

Besides from what I knw of the zen distributor, he is not likely to have done so just on the basis of a phone call. Plus, remember that 1. he already to jessy that he will continue to supply at the promised price after the call. 2. He would need to go to at least 1300 if he was doing it just for that reason. 3. He is still selling the present stock at the same price. More likely his cost has gone up. Martin, what do you think?

Chow Kit visit will be interesting, especially if for Brambus, as they have rc car stuff as well. You guys may not be able to pull him back out of the shop!!

Marcus, you changed your nick to shadow?? why?? you being racist?? or are you just a shadow of your former self???
