I've been using 5945's and 5645's all along. I did have one problem with a 5945 going hard over. I was using a 5 cell 6.0volt pack when it occured. I have since used the same servo in a plane with a 4 cell pack no problem. I have since started using Lithium ion packs in my jets with 5.6v regulators and have not had any problems.
