In my oppinion, the only miserable thing about HiTech servos, are the ball-races...
Simply to cheap, and has alot of slack, causing inaccuracy, when what we ecspect from digital servos along with high torque, is just the very important point of accuracy...

I will replace all the ballraces in mine, with quality ones. Happily, I can buy them here in town...

The first servo from HiTech wich forfilled my demands, was the 6985 HB, with carbonite gear.
That`s a good one..
New series are out on the market, with titanium gear. I plan to try them in the Boom XL.
