Chuck I also don't have the manual on hand anymore, but if memory serves, elevator throw should be 3/8" low rates and 5/8" high rates. Throws on ailerons figure about 3/16" to 1/4" and rudder basically all you can get.

You can always increase the throws later, but it's a good idea to set up the plane real mild 'till you get the feel for it.
