Well, I replaced the hall sensor and it flew great for about 5 flights I would say. I have the engine in a new all composite Edge 540. The engine ran great last week in the garage but I got out to the field today to do the maiden flight on the Edge and no spark. I guess I will order a few this time so I have some spares. I wonder why these things keep blowing. I will try and get a few of the newer version from CH with the extra ground wire.
